USUBC members had a very  productive meeting with Deputy Minister of Finance  of Ukraine Serhiy Verlanov in Kyiv. The discussion included Ukraine's most recent program with IMF, budgeting issues, new laws and regulations to improve business climate in Ukraine, establishment of fiscal investigation service, reform of tax police and other important issues. The meeting was moderated by Morgan Williams, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council President.
