Betsy Hafner, U.S.-Trade Representative Office (USTR)
At USTR Ms. Hafner is responsible for Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, and Belarus as well as Kazakhstan’s WTO accession. Her work focuses primarily on planning and formulating U.S. government negotiating positions and tactics on a variety of trade-related issues with her countries of responsibility.

Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine U.S. Helsinki CommissionOrest retired from U.S. Helsinki Commission (Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe) after 35 years of brilliant service. Today he is covering U.S.-Ukrainian relations for several publications and outlets.
USUBS President Morgan Williams gave Orest a DSA award on December 15, 2016. Mr. Deychakiwsky is currently serving as Senior Adviser to USUBC. -
Eugene Fishel, Division Chief, Bureau of Intelligence and Research, U.S. Department of State
Mr. Fishel is an analyst with the U.S. Department of State and a prominent specialist on Ukraine, including anti corruption programs.

Anders Åslund received a DSA award in December 2015 as one of the world's leading economists and experts on Ukraine, specializes in economic transition of Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
Mr. Aslund is the longest serving Senior Advisor to the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). He has been a USUBC Senior Advisor for 20 years.

Patrick has been a member of USUBC from the founding days. He currently serves as USUBC Secretary Treasurer and an officer on the Council’s Executive Committee.

Olexander Motsyk served as Ambassador of Ukraine to the USA
from 2010 to 2015.
Prior to that he served as Ukrainian ambassador to Poland and Turkey.
Ambassador Motsyk received DSA Award on April 16, 2015 on USUBC farewell dinner before he left to Kyiv, for his contribution in development of strong business relations between Ukraine and the United States. -
