U.S.-Ukraine Business Council hosted it’s traditional working briefings with Anders Aslund, senior fellow, Atlantic Council to discuss Ukraine’s economic situation in 2020. This meeting took place on Wednesday, Feb 5 in Washington, D.C.

Hardly you could find more top experts on Ukraine in one room! Former U.S. Ambassadors to Ukraine Williams Taylor and John Herbst, Ambassador Daniel Fried, IMF and World Bank directors for Ukraine Vladyslav Rashkovan and Roman Kachur and U.S. Government representatives from USTR, State Department and Commerce brought their remarks.

Mr. Aslund was very positive about the overall situation and economic stabilization process but clearly emphasized that Ukraine needs real reforms and more reform-minded people in Government.
