USUBC Hosted a Roundtable with Yuriy Terentyev, Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine

On Thursday, March 28, 2019, U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) hosted a group meeting with Yuriy Terentyev, Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU).

This roundtable was organized in cooperation with USUBC members, White & Case and Asters and covered a wide number of issues including protection of property rights, competition laws, investment climate and predictability etc.

In his presentation Mr. Terntyev told about current agenda and role of Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) in ongoing European Integration, about the competition environment in Ukraine, public procurement system ProZorro, M&A and other critical aspects of doing business in Ukraine.
This was the first time USUBC members met with Mr. Terentyev in Washington, and we look forward to meeting with him in Kyiv soon.
