USUBC business leaders meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Briget Brink

U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) held its first group meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink last week. This event took place in the office of USUBC member Baker McKenzie in Washington, D.C.
Ambassador Brink informed USUBC members about her immediate priorities, among which: helping Ukraine to defend itself, making sure the U.S. humanitarian assistance gets directly to recipients, helping ensure justice and accountability by supporting all possible mechanisms, overseeing billions of dollars of financial assistance from all U.S. agencies and rebuilding the work of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv.
Over 50 USUBC members from key industries attended the roundtable. Business leaders told about their operations and humanitarian programs in Ukraine and expressed readiness to work with the Embassy and continue investing in Ukraine.
Morgan Williams, President & CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) moderated the discussion and informed Ambassador Brink about the crucial contribution of the business community to Ukraine’s resistance.
