Education Alliance for Ukraine (EAUA), a nonprofit foundation, is dedicated to driving sustainable development in Ukraine by providing cutting-edge construction technology training. EAUA’s initiatives include the creation of Construction Technology Centers of Excellence based on a Memorandum of Understanding with Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science.

These centers aim to prepare professionals in architecture, engineering, and construction for Ukraine’s $500 billion+ reconstruction efforts. Additionally, EAUA is launching programs to train experts in historic preservation, digital design, and sustainable construction methods, ensuring that Ukraine’s cultural heritage is preserved while rebuilding modern infrastructure.

“Welcoming the Education Alliance for Ukraine as a USUBC new member strengthens our collective ability to support Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts,” said Irina Paliashvili, Acting President of USUBC. “Their innovative programs, such as the Construction Technology Centers of Excellence, directly address the urgent need for skilled professionals in Ukraine's rebuilding process. This partnership will accelerate knowledge transfer, drive economic revitalization, and help preserve Ukraine’s cultural heritage.”

Through partnerships with leading U.S. tech firms, equipment manufacturers, industry associations, and universities, EAUA collaborates with top Ukrainian educational institutions to empower individuals and build a skilled workforce prepared to contribute to Ukraine's reconstruction.

“Our mission is to drive Ukraine’s reconstruction by equipping individuals with world-class skills and fostering inclusion in the construction industry,” said Tom Austin, Executive Director at Education Alliance for Ukraine. “By leveraging global expertise and local talent, we are committed to creating a sustainable and prosperous future for Ukraine while preserving its rich cultural heritage.”
