On 16 February 2016, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted amendments to the privatization law. The most important changes will concern the following:

• No privatization by “aggressor state”
• Beneficiaries disclosure
• Obligatory presale cancelled
• Arbitration allowed
• External advisors
