These rules are established by other primary and secondary legislation, including acts of the CMU and local authorities. As an example, the CMU established National Quarantine. It further ordered that starting on March 17, 2020, restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment centers, other entertainment facilities, fitness centers and cultural establishments, should temporarily suspend their work.
