On 13 April 2017 Resolution of the Board of the NBU No. 33 "On Making Amendments to Certain Regulatory Acts of the National Bank of Ukraine" (the "Resolution No. 33") was adopted, by which the NBU, in particular, permitted repatriation of the dividends, accrued for 2016.
