EY, an international company acting as an advisor, is exploring the potential bidders’ interest in privatization of 78.289% state-owned equity stake in PJSC Centrenergo.

PJSC Centrenergo is one of the leading power generating companies in Ukraine. The company operates three thermal power plants: Vuglegirska, Zmiivska and Trypilska, with the total installed capacity of 7,690 MW, which constitutes currently about 15% of the total capacity of all Ukrainian power plants.

In February 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine retained Ernst & Young spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Corporate Finance sp. k. as an advisor on preparation for and execution of contemplated privatization of the state share in PJSC Centrenergo.
