The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved Order № 8 dated 18 January 2016 that includes:

  • the new form of the Report on controlled transactions;
  • the new procedure of filling in the Report on controlled transactions.

From now on, all businesses have to calculate the profitability level indicators of  their controlled transactions and disclose them in the Report.

The Order will come into force on the day of its publication.

We will keep you updated on further changes to the transfer pricing legislation.
