In response to the volume of incoming client queries regarding the coronavirus situation, and with a view to be there to support you in the best way we can in these challenging times, Kinstellar has set up a dedicated COVID-19 Legal Task Force and has also established a dedicated Legal Response Hotline service available for our clients and partners. Our task force is already advising clients across industries and sectors on legal and strategy issues connected to the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation, including disruptions, preparatory and cautionary measures and their compliance with the prevailing (but changing) rules, mitigation of the impact of the COVID-19 impact on your businesses and other legal issues our clients face in this difficult and challenging period. You can contact our dedicated COVID-19 Legal Task Force at our Legal Response Hotline by clicking here. Please do let us know if you have a query as to how to handle the impact of the coronavirus situation on your business from a legal perspective, how to ensure compliance of the measures you have or intend to put in place as a matter of precaution or preparation, ways to mitigate your contractual exposure to your suppliers, clients and customers, lenders or borrowers, address situations in which your ability to execute or complete transactions, filings or the like is restricted by government or public authority measures, how to deal with disclosure or notification obligations relating to the coronavirus situation or other questions of a legal nature. Given the fast pace in which the coronavirus situation is evolving across our markets, we appreciate the need for our clients to receive help promptly to deal with the changing circumstances. Therefore, we will strive to provide initial high-level guidance to all client inquiries sent to our hotline service as soon as possible but within one business day at the latest, with no fees being charged for such guidance. Should you need further detailed legal advice following the initial high-level guidance, we will be there to assist you. The health and safety of our staff, clients and business partners is our highest priority. We are closely following the recommendations of the relevant authorities in our places of operation and have implemented a suite of preventative measures in response to the pandemic. Importantly, we remain open for business in all of our jurisdictions, with colleagues and staff having the option (and the obligation, when public health measures require it) to work from home offices. Our remote working systems fully support these arrangements. We are doing our utmost to ensure that our clients and business partners receive the service and responsiveness you expect from us in these difficult and rapidly evolving circumstances. We are confident that we will be able to help you navigate through these uncertain times and mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus situation by addressing your evolving needs. Kind regards, Kostiantyn Likarchuk Managing Partner Kinstellar Kyiv
