On September 23 in Washington D.C. Irina Paliashvili, Acting President of U.S.-Ukraine Business Council, addressed the “Rebirth of Ukraine” Trade Mission to the United States of more than sixty Mayors and entrepreneurs representing various regions of Ukraine. Irina underscored a key role of decentralization reforms and the local communities in Ukraine’s economic resilience and development, outlined other reforms affecting investment climate in Ukraine’s regions and mention the programs on empowering women entrepreneurs in local communities led by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
