Dear Female Leaders,

Gender equality is expected to be a decisive success factor for all companies in the future. However, the economic challenges and implications posed by the COVID-19 crisis are fundamentally changing the working environment. Thus, we would like to hear your opinion on the overall impact of the crisis and its effect. In addition, as in last year´s survey, we would like to get an impression of your views with regard to your personal success and satisfaction, the new working world and on how you personally are experiencing cultural change with regard to women in business.

We invite to join the third annual survey the Female Leaders Outlook by KPMG and share your thoughts on the strategic issues, the hottest challenges and threats, and also opportunities for your business growth.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please give your answers till February 21, 2021. All responses are strictly confidential, anonymized and only reported in aggregate.

Your experience and thoughts are very important and will become a valuable input to the survey in Ukraine.
