This is a multi-jurisdictional guide on screening of foreign investment created in response to the needs of international investors to have an overall perspective when planning their strategy. The guide looks at foreign investment in over 40 jurisdictions, including Ukraine, where DLA Piper is present and has multidisciplinary teams with substantial experience of sector specific legal frameworks - and applicable administrative proceedings (such as merger control) - dealing with these issues. It will be updated regularly to reflect changes to FDI regimes in the jurisdictions covered.
