For the third year in a row, Delta SkyMiles loyalty program achieved

the No. 2 rank among airline award programs by U.S. News & World Report for its Best Travel Rewards Program for 2019-20.

As part of the continued focus on exceeding member needs, Delta launched Reclaim My Status  a program that allows SkyMiles Medallion Members to reclaim their Status after a major life event impacts their travel. This includes situations like becoming a new parent, changing jobs, going back to school, experiencing a medical issue, needing to take care of a friend or family member or another life event.
