Ukraine Global Scholars invites you to  Virtual Fundraising Event with Olia Hercules, a London-based Ukrainian chef, food stylist, and award-winning cookbook author. Olia will perform a live masterclass from London on how to make delicious vegetarian holubtsi. You can't miss it! The event will be held via Zoom on November 20th from 11 am to 12:30 pm EST (6 - 7:30 pm Kyiv time)

Olia's innovative exploration of the cuisines of Eastern Europe and the Caucasus has captured the interest and imagination of the culinary world. Olia trained at the renowned Leiths School of Food and Wine and has worked at iconic restaurants, including London's Ottolenghi Test Kitchen. She was chosen as "Observer Rising Star of 2015" in the food category.

During the event, you will hear updates from the UGS leadership and cook along with a renowned chef just a week before Thanksgiving! You can always add delicious holubtsi to your festive Thanksgiving table. We will send the ingredients and cooking instructions to the registered guests closer to the event.
