1. BOHDANVITVITSKY - Lead Speaker - International Anticorruption Expert -Bohdan Vitvitsky is a retired U.S. federal prosecutor and foreigndiplomat. For over 20 years, he investigated and prosecuted numerous complex interstate and international financial fraudcases. Between 2007 and 2009, he served as a Resident Legal Advisor atthe U.S. Embassy in Kyiv helping toimplement a large anti-corruption project, some of which work was thenadopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the anti-corruption law passed in July2014. (see bio below)
2. VIKTOR CHUMAK - Deputy Chair, Rada (Parliament of Ukraine) Committee onCombating Crime and Corruption
3. VITALIY SHABUNIN - Head ofBoard, Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC). Vitaliy coordinates theAntAC’s activities on curbing corruption in public procurement and all AntAC’s advocacy campaigns.

BIO - BOHDAN VITVITSKY -----
BohdanVitvitsky is a retired U.S. federal prosecutor and foreign diplomat. Forover 20 years, he investigated and prosecuted numerous complex interstate andinternational financial fraud cases. He never lost a jury trial, and hisoutstanding work was recognized by two Director’s Awards from two differentAttorneys General and by four special letters of commendation from the Directorof the FBI.
Between 2007 and 2009, he served as a Resident Legal Advisor at the U.S.Embassy in Kyiv helping to implement a large anti-corruption project, some ofwhich work was then adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in the anti-corruption lawpassed in July 2014.
He has made presentations about rule of law and/or corruption and Ukraine atcongressional, State Department and university conferences in the UnitedStates, Canada, England, the Czech Republic, Poland and Ukraine. He hasalso written on rule of law and corruption. He holds both a Juris Doctorand a Ph.D. in philosophy from Columbia University in New York.
