USUBC is very fortunate to have this unique opportunity for members to meet with Roman Nasirov, Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. USUBC members, www.USUBC.org., recently had a very productive and informative meeting with Roman Nasirov and other GOU officials in Washington D.C. in October.

Mr. Nasirov will make a presentation, "From Actions to Results - Institutional Reform and Modernization of the SFS of Ukraine."  The presentation will be followed by a discussion/Q&A session.  The meeting will be moderated by Morgan Williams.

BIO: Roman Nasirov- Head of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) of Ukraine

Since May, 2015 - Head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. Mr. Nasirov is a graduate of the from the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management, specialty – Finance (2000) and Kyiv National Economic University, specialty - Law. He is also a candidate for Doctor of Economics, Chernihiv National University of Technology.  March, 2013 - Deputy Chairman of the Board, State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine. In November, 2014 Roman Nasirov was elected as Member of the Parliament of Ukraine. For the years of 2014-2015 - Head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine on Tax and Customs Policy. In July, 2016 - elected as President of Intra-European Organization of Tax Administrations (IOTA).
