Wednesday, January 27, 2016, Ukraine International Airlines carried its 30 millionth passenger on PS415 Kiev – Munich flight. Yuliia Dmitriieva, Panorama Club – UIA frequent flyer loyalty program – member became the UIA jubilee client.

The traditional UIA 30 millionth passenger welcome ceremony was held at UIA check-in area in Terminal D at Kiev Boryspil International airport. Evgeniya Satska, UIA Corporate Press Secretary, personally congratulated the leading Ukrainian carrier`s jubilee client and awarded him the UIA 30 millionth passenger engraved plate, a certificate for two business class tickets for any UIA scheduled medium-haul flight, a certificate for a Panorama Club Premium card, as well as two invitations to business lounge. Another surprise awaited Yuliia on board: together with her spouse she was upgraded to business class and once again congratulated by the crew.

In 2015 UIA carried 4.8 million passengers exceeding the figures of 2014 and pre-crisis 2013 by 1 million and 300 thousand passengers respectively. In 2016 the airline expects to pass the milestone of 5 million passengers carried, demonstrate 17% growth, and carry approximately 5.5 million passengers.
