The Order of the Ministry ofFinance of Ukraine № 706 dated 14 August 2015 (hereinafter – the Order) on theprocedure of monitoring controlled transactions and interviewing a taxpayer’sauthorized officials and/or employees on transfer pricing came into force on 6October 2015.
