Team from Kyiv Mohyla Academy wins 2017 European Human Rights Moot Court Competition
Students from NaUKMA were declared winners of the European Moot Court Competition in English on the European Convention on Human Rights, after beating a team from the Sofia University (Bulgaria) in the final round. The team from University of Cambridge (United Kingdom) placed third.
The final round took place at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. The jury was chaired by Georgios Serghides, a European Court of Human Rights judge on behalf of Cyprus, and included judges of the Court and senior officials from the Council of Europe.
