Redcliffe Partners is pleased to announce that Anastasia Usova joins the firm’s Antitrust team as counsel and Head of the Antitrust practice.
Anastasia focuses on complex antitrust matters, including abuse of dominance, cartels, commercial and pricing practices. She also assists clients with merger notifications in Ukraine, and has experience in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional merger filings in the CIS and the EU.
In addition, Anastasia deals with unfair competition issues, such as misleading advertising. She helps clients conduct business efficiently while mitigating the risk of violating antitrust and competition laws. In particular, she guides international and Ukrainian companies through the development of competition law compliance policies. She also holds training sessions for their employees on a wide range of antitrust and competition issues.
Anastasia works across many sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, food and beverage, FMCG and retail.

Anastasia previously worked with antitrust practices of leading law firms in Ukraine and Belgium. She received her Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from the University of Strasbourg and a degree in law from the Institute of Economics and Law of Kyiv National Linguistic University. She is a member of the Ukrainian Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Ukraine) and a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA).
