EY Ukraine Tax & Law team advised Horizon Capital on acquisition of a stake in Rozetka, Ukrainian e-commerce leader

July17, 2015, Kyiv –The EY Ukraine Tax & Law team has served as a legal advisor to HorizonCapital, a leading private equity fund manager in Ukraine and the region, inacquisition of a stake in Rozetka, a leading e-commerce company based inUkraine. The funding for this deal comes from Horizon Capital’s Emerging EuropeGrowth Fund II (EEGF II).
Horizon Capital engaged UkrainianTax & Law professionals of EY as legal advisors responsible for providingsupport from the inception of the deal and up to the very closing. The team wasled by Borys Lobovyk, Director, with support from Igor Chufarov, Partner, Tax& Law, EY Ukraine.
