The Firm’s antitrust team also assisted sell-side with obtaining mergerclearance with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.

Avito Holding is one of the largestand fastest growing online classified platform in the world. Avito.ru is thelargest online classified site in Europe and the world’s third largest freeclassified site.
