Kyiv, Ukraine, 28 May 2015 -Baker & McKenzie Kyiv Office became the official partner of the Associationof Pharmaceutical Research and Development (APRaD). Within this partnership,the lawyers of Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Practice of Baker & McKenziewill provide legal support to the activities of APRaD in Ukraine.
Commenting on this partnership agreement, the representative of Baker &McKenzie's at the APRaD, Senior Associate Olha Demianiuk, noted that "thispartnership is of a unique nature, because by combining the efforts of theassociation, business and the lawyers, we will be able to contributesubstantially into the development of legal framework for the pharmaceuticalindustry."
