Arzinger’s successful support for VENBEST Group’s investment transaction

In May 2015Arzinger Law Office completed its successful work on representing VENBEST Groupwithin an investment transaction closed with Europe Virgin Fund (EVF).
The project involvedArzinger’s corporate/M&A and tax lawyers Pavlo Khodakovsky, ViktoriiaDobrynska and Alla Nadzon guided by Partner Anna Zorya.
Arzinger’s lawyers providedthe whole scope of legal services related to structure and close thetransaction, including the work on all the required transaction documents,recommendations for structuring the shareholder relations and implementing anew corporate governance system within VENBEST Group (which involved, inparticular, the comprehensive phased restructuring of Ukrainian companies),negotiating with the investor as well as advising on the specifics ofapplication of Ukrainian and foreign (especially English) law.
The parties to thetransaction believe that EVF’s becoming a shareholder will be an additionalimpetus to VENBEST Group’s further dynamic growth and implementation of itsambitious goals.
