WASHINGTON, D.C. -- YOU ARE INVITED TO ATTEND -- Recent developments in the Baltic-Black Sea region pose even greater risks to regional nations, such as Ukraine, as well as the European Union and the broader transatlantic community. The EU is still working to shape its posture toward the evolving situation in Belarus and its possible outcomes.
The lack of Europe’s consolidated vision of the future of Ukraine and Belarus gives Russia additional time and space for maneuvers. What could be the role of Ukraine during this challenging time in Black Sea regional security? Will the United States take a larger role in the unfolding events?
Join the Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA), COSA Intelligence Solutions and the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC) for a discussion on Baltic-Black Sea regional security, possible Russian actions, Kavkaz 2020, hybrid warfare, European security, and Euro-Atlantic military and political cooperation.
