Oleg Mazur, International Partner with the Kyiv Office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP, upon instruction of Clifford Chance LLP, has recently acted as independent Ukrainian banking law expert for HSBC (Trustee) Ltd in a matter HSBC (Trustee) Ltd v. Nadra Bank in the High Court of Justice Queen's Bench Division Commercial Court in London.

The High Court of Justice was hearing to expert witnesses on the most complex analysis of issues relating to conflict of law (English and Ukrainian) from 6 until 16 February 2012. The matter is expected to be resolved in approximately 3 months. The value of the dispute is €61 million.
