Having more than 15 years of experience in corporate and competition law, Galyna has LLM in competition law, and is a frequent speaker at business events and a member of many professional associations (including Ukrainian Bar Association, European Business Association in Ukraine - Legal committee (Head of the Committee - 2005), American Chamber of Commerce, Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (2008-2010), Association for Resistance to Unfair Competition;  Professional Association of Corporate Governance Council, Admitted to the Kyiv Bar Association - 2003).
Illya has more than 10 years of experience in domestic and international tax. Before joining DLA Piper in 2005 he worked for one of the large Ukrainian industrial group. Illya is a member of legal committees of the European Business Association in Ukraine and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.  He is an author of numerous publications on tax issues, as well as a frequent speaker on conferences, webinars and international forums.
