WASHINGTON, D.C. - Enduro Systems, Inc (ESI), headquartered in Houston, Texas, a manufacturer of engineered and designed products for global industrial and agricultural markets, and its Intersystems subsidiary, has been approved for membership in the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), the USUBC executive committee announced today on behalf of the entire USUBC membership of over 165 companies and organizations who have business operations, investments or other development programs in Ukraine.

Through its subsidiaries, ESI manufactures products as diverse as FRP cable tray for offshore oil platforms to enclosed belt grain conveying systems for feed mills. But as different as the products, they share a similarity as the products of choice by the world’s largest companies. The businesses of ESI are focused on the worldwide demand for products needed to support the growth of the energy, chemical, agricultural and infrastructure markets. These markets are driven by:

  • Increased worldwide demand for fuel, both traditional and bioFuels
  • Increased worldwide need for grain and the transport of that grain to the source of its demand
  • Increased worldwide infrastructure development, particularly water treatment and transportation

TWO MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES - HOUSTON & OMAHA
The business of ESI is conducted through 2 subsidiaries, Enduro and Intersystems. In 2005, Enduro moved from its old, downtown Houston plant into a new, 120,000 sq. ft. facility designed by the Enduro Team from the ground up and located near Intercontinental Airport. In 2009, Intersystems moved from its four old plants into a new, 140,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility designed by the Intersystems Team from the ground up and located north of the city of Omaha.

Intersystemsis a leading manufacturer & supplier of bulk material handling equipment, industrial sampling systems and automatic filling and conveying systems. Intersystems’ products are found at feed mills, sea port facilities, rail terminals, grain elevators and processing plants worldwide.

INTERSYSTEMS IN UKRAINE SINCE MID-1990'S, OPENS OFFICE IN KHARKOV
Intersystems has been working in Ukraine since the mid-1990's. In January 2011 Intersystems opened an office in Kharkov, Ukraine which supports Ukraine, Russia and the rest of the CIS countries. They maintain strong relationships with engineering and construction firms in the region who specialize in providing services for feed and grain facilities,as well as relationships with other companies that can provide joint marketing, an inventory of Intersystems spare parts and factory trained specialists.

Intersystems has been a primary supplier to:

  • Avita, a major port facility for export of grain in Sevastopol;
  • Bunge, for their major port facility for export of grain in Nikolaev;
  • Borivage, for a major port facility for the export of grain in Odessa;
  • VA Intertrading for their inland grain terminal in Piratyn;
  • Rise for their inland grain terminals in Sumy and Poltava; and to
  • ISD Corporation (Industrial Union of Donbass) for their UG Agro and Vostok Agro facilities.

ESI AND U.S.-UKRAINE BUSINESS COUNCIL (USUBC)
USUBC has been working with Walter C. Greig, Chief Executive Officer of ESI, Tim P. Broussard, Chief Financial Officer of ESI, and Edward D. Krasnov, Business Development Manager, in Houston, Texas. Walter has been CEO of ESI since joining the company in 1995 and has been instrumental in transforming the business from a local producer of fiberglass components into a diversified worldwide manufacturer. Tim joined ESI as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. Edward joined ESI as Business Development Manager in 2010.

USUBC now has over one-hundred sixty-five members. Membership in January of 2005 was eight, in January of 2007 was 22, reached 100 by January of 2009 and topped 150 in January of 2011.
