Asters acts as one of the counsel to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the EBRD) in connection with a USD 30 million convertible loan to Prognoz group, the leading Russian software developer for business intelligence (BI) applications.

The purpose of EBRD funding is to promote the expansion of Prognoz group's international operations and support development of the group's BI products.
