On March 22, 2012 during 8th Annual Ukraine Investor Conference Dragon Capital the ceremony “Best Corporate Governance Awards” took place.

According to the results of voting of institutional investors and clients o Dragon Capital, ASTARTA gained the highest rate for the Best Corporate Governance Among Equity Issuers in Ukraine and awarded the title of the Company with the best rate of corporate governance.

Since 2005, Dragon Capital investment conference gathers foreign investors interested in the Ukrainian stock market. Its members are more than 150 heads of investment banks, the total investment amount of about $ 1.5 billion in stock and $ 5 billion in bonds of Ukrainian issuers.
