On January 27, 2012 Wolfram Rehbock, Senior Partner at Arzinger Law Office, took part in a meeting of the Infrastructure Development Working Group of DFIAC (Domestic and Foreign Investors Advisory Council) as invited PPP-expert. Together with representatives of PwC he presented a position paper on necessary amendments to the current PPP law in order to make it fully functioning. The final position (draft law) will be submitted during the next DFIAC meeting with the President of Ukraine on June 7, 2012.
