UMBRA JOINS U.S.-UKRAINE BUSINESS COUNCIL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The executive committee of the U.S.-Ukraine
Business Council (USUBC), on behalf of the entire membership, is
most pleased to announce that Umbra, LLC, has been approved for
USUBC membership.
Umbra, LLC, was founded in the U.S. in 2002, and is a successful
consulting company providing a broad array of business support services.
Umbra's particular concentration is on U.S. companies seeking to open
opportunities in Ukraine and Ukrainian companies establishing a presence
in the U.S. In addition to their concentration in Ukraine, Umbra has broad
international capabilities.
The principals in Umbra are: David A. Rigsby, Managing Director; Yegor
Rybalkin, Regional Director Ukraine; and Ambassador Roman Popadiuk,
first U.S. ambassador to independent Ukraine.
USUBC MEMBERSHIP TRIPLES -----
Umbra, LLC, is the 67th member for USUBC, the 15th new member
for 2008, and the 45th new member since January of 2007. The USUBC
membership has tripled in the past 16 months, from 22 in January of 2007
to 67 in April of 2008.
The other new members in 2008 are MaxWell USA, Baker and McKenzie
law firm, Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, Dipol Chemical International,
MJA Asset Management, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Halliburton,
DLA Piper law firm, EPAM Systems, DHL International Ukraine, Air
Tractor, Inc., Magisters law firm and Ernst & Young.
